In short
- WhatsApp is how we take enquiries and answer questions.
- A first message needs the event type, a rough date and the area.
- A message does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed after scope and terms are agreed.
WhatsApp is the way to reach us. Use the button on this page and a message about your event is ready to send.
What a first message needs
Four details help us reply usefully. Send what you know and leave the rest.
- Event type, such as a company dinner, a school concert or a family gathering.
- Date, or the month if it is not fixed.
- Area or venue, because travel and crew depend on where you are.
- Videos you hope for, or just “not sure, please advise”.
To think it through first, the event video brief builder turns your answers into a short brief you can paste. The enquiry page shows the pre-filled message before you send it.
What happens after you message us?
We read your details, ask what we need to understand the event, and suggest suitable coverage. When the scope is clear, we send a written quote. The full process explains each step.
A message never reserves your date. A booking is confirmed after the scope and terms are agreed. If your date matters, mention it early and we tell you whether we can be there.
What can wait until later?
Payment details, ID numbers and a guest list belong to a later stage, once the scope is agreed. Private details such as children’s names are best shared when you are ready to go ahead. Our privacy notice explains how enquiry details are handled.
Questions before you message
- How pricing works, if cost is the main question.
- Event videography services, to see what we offer.

Not sure what to write? Send the event type, the date or month, and the area. We ask for the rest.
