Is your venue under the Subang Jaya council?
The Subang Jaya City Council has its headquarters at USJ 5, and its notices also cover halls in Puchong, such as a multipurpose hall at Taman Puchong Utama. A postal address that says Subang Jaya, USJ, Sunway or Puchong may therefore sit under different offices.

What is special about Sunway?
The Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre is listed at 7,157 square metres with 3,700 seats in theatre layout, and it sits among connected hotels with more than 1,400 guestrooms. An event can start in a ballroom, move to breakout rooms and end in a hotel function room without leaving the complex. How do you film sessions that run at the same time?
Start with a room schedule: which rooms, which times, which sessions matter most.
- One after another. One crew can move between rooms if the gaps are long enough.
- At the same time. Each room that must be filmed needs its own camera operator.
- Fixed cameras. A locked camera at the back of a room can record a talk in full, with a main crew covering key moments.

How do you handle participant permission?
Audience members may be filmed, not just speakers.
